"Rag week"

Today is the first day of rag week..

continuo sem saber exactamente o que isto significa...

mesmo as minhas pesquisas na web não foram muito bem sucedidas.

Pelo que percebi (dos sites anteriores) esta é uma semana que ocorre em várias universidades, uma vez por ano lectivo, em que os estudantes tentam angariar dinheiro, para caridade, através de várias actividades.. mas, claro, tentam fazer isto da maneira mais divertida possível! (o que por vezes, passa o limite da legalidade)
